Reading right now:

“An Unhappy Medium” by Dawn Eastman. This is the fourth book in the Family Fortune mystery series which takes place in Crystal Haven, a Michigan town full of psychics, which includes the Fortune family who all have special gifts. Former cop and novice psychic Clyde Fortune joins the Zombie Fun Run only to find a murdered zombie runner and to have to deal with the disappearance of her sister.

On hold right now:

“Gone With the Witch” by Heather Blake. This is the sixth book in the Wishcraft series feathering Darcy Merriweather. This is a really fun series with Darcy living in Enchanted Village to learn her craft (she is a Wishcrafter witch with the power to cast spells by making a wish). While Darcy perfects her craft, she has helped solved many murders. In this latest installment, Darcy and her dog Missy enter the Enchanted Village’s annual Pawsitively Enchanted pet contest. Someone seems to be sabotaging the event and Darcy works to find out who is involved when her main suspect is found dead. Even worse, pets are beginning to disappear so Darcy must step up her efforts before even more people die and beloved pets disappear.

Other mysterious things:

If you have read this blog, you know that I enjoy a mystery with a paranormal twist—ghosts, psychics, witches, zombies, can all add an additional fun touch to a mystery. There are many good ones to dive into.
